Highly recommend Porter Plumbing! I contacted him late one afternoon and he was out here the next morning to take a look at what was going on. He sat down with us, explained everything, offered us a couple of different options on the projects we needed completed, and was extremely thorough and upfront. As soon as we gave him the green light to start setting up the first project, he went to work on making sure everything was lined up immediately. He communicated every step of the way and answered all of our questions. He and his team were punctual, friendly, and worked efficiently to complete the project in a timely manner. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother process, especially with such a large project.

Porter was God sent! He came to check out my problem (water coming out of my kitchen floor) on the same day, found the leak quickly and fixed it the very next morning for a very affordable price (and he also fixed my jacuzzi while he was there, which i had not been able to use because i thought it was a bigger and more expensive problem). He is very honest, experienced, and knowledgeable; he went into my crawl space and was able to pinpoint where the leak was coming from. Not only that, he calmed my worries that were spiked by a big company contractor that had just told me i would have to spend $21,000 on fixing my problem. I went from crying that morning to being reassured that I DID NOT have rotting wood under my entire house and that I’d completely have to reframe the floor of my entire kitchen and encapsulate my crawlspace. I will be using Porter for any and all of my plumbing needs and recommend him to everyone who asks.

Porter Plumbing was nothing short of amazing! They worked for hours in the cold tonight to get my well fixed. The entire crew was professional and kind, explained everything clearly and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! If you have any plumbing needs I would not hesitate to call this company!
